We are planning our Disney vacation in May (during Star wars weekend). What do we need to know? Also I booked Hollywood & Vine Fantasmic pkge for dinner (breakfast at Sci-Fi was sold out!) Is there a firework show & Fantasmic during those nights? H

    Hi Kori!

Thanks so much for asking your intergalactically awesome question! You and your party are going to have an amazing time at Star Wars Weekends at Disney's Hollywood Studios. It's our family's favorite special event.

You must be so excited to attain an Advanced Dining Reservation for Jedi Mickey's Star Wars Dine at Hollywood & Vine Fantasmic! Package. Yes, Fantasmic! and the Symphony in the Stars fireworks show will both be available for Guests to view during Star Wars Weekends. Since you have the Fantasmic! Dining Package, you'll be able to choose between the 9 p.m. Fantasmic! show or the 10:30 p.m. show. I suggest seeing the 10:30 p.m. show, so you'll be able to find a great spot to watch Symphony in the Stars. Then, once the crowd departs after the show, your party can make their way to Fantasmic! to end your night.

For even more information on what you should do, see, and experience at Star Wars Weekends, check out this Disney Parks Moms Panel video: May The Fun Be With You.

I hope this helps you, Kori. If you have any other questions about your vacation, feel free to ask us anytime.

Have a great day, and may The Force be with you!
