Hello we are planning a Disney vacation from June 19th-23rd. I am planning on shipping food to Disney before my arrival. What date should i plan on sending my items and what is the cost that Disney charge for shipped items? Thank you!

    Hello Keosha!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with a very good question!

I usually have groceries delivered to my Disney Resort hotel because I love having breakfast in my Guest room before heading for the theme parks.

My family enjoys the services offered by Garden Grocer. You can shop online, set a delivery date, and they will get your order to your Disney Resort hotel. Cast Members at Bell Services will store your items until you are ready to have them taken to your room. I always ask for my items to be delivered in the morning of our check-in date. The nice thing is that they keep perishables like fruit, cheese, and milk in a fridge, and what’s best, I do not have to be there in person for the delivery.

Depending on the store you are ordering from, please confirm if you have to be there in person to receive your order, because this is the case with some companies. I have never been charged for grocery deliveries, but please note that If you are sending boxes from home, your Disney Resort hotel may charge $ 5.00 per package delivered. If you do not have perishables, I believe you can ship your items about a week before arrival. Make sure to include the word “Guest” before your name, reservation number and arrival date on your boxes.

I hope this helps you while planning, Keosha! Please come back if you have additional questions.

    Best magical wishes,
    Thiana
