Hello Scottia!
Welcome to planDisney! I love planning trips for my large extended family! The memories I made with so much of my family with me are ones I will cherish forever. I still remember 13 of my family members coming together to eat dinner at
'Ohana to celebrate my daughter's first birthday! That was a fun night!
It is very straightforward to link your family together on the
My Disney Experience app and thereby get the ability to share Memory Maker. I would suggest you have at least one family member in each room create a
My Disney Experience account. By connecting an account to the My Disney Experience app you will be able to link tickets, manage your vacation, utilize Genie+ plus a ton of many things!
I would then connect by going to your “
Family & Friends list” and selecting “Add a New Guest.” You can find them in a few ways such as by searching for their reservation information or their name and age. Once they are linked you can share your shared plans and photos. Now, I recommend one of you purchase
Memory Maker under one account. You can select several people from your Family & Friends list to share your
PhotoPass images with so everyone can see each other’s photos for their shared plans but they will see a watermark. Don't worry, because the person who purchased Memory Maker can download all pictures without the watermark and share them with everyone else. In the past, I have just emailed it to my family members.
When you have a large group you will find the tremendous value of Memory Maker as you will love having a PhotoPass photographer be able to capture everyone in the best way. I remember having one PhotoPass photographer pose all 13 family members in front of Cinderella Castle with thought and care. It was the best photo of all of us from that trip!
As a fun idea, I would suggest ordering a
Celebration Cake for one of your Table Service meals as a delicious treat commemorating the special occasions you are celebrating on this trip! The milk chocolate one is my favorite!
I hope you enjoy your stay at
Disney's All-Star Sports Resort and let me know if you have any more questions!
