    I am planning a Disney vacation in December 2011. My friend got an email offer for 35% off moderate hotel stay for December 2011. How can I get this same offer? I don't see it on the website.

    Hi Jodi,

    It sounds as though your friend received an email invitation with a pin code which is probably specifically addressed to their family name, in which case only the person travelling and using that pin code must have that same name in order to use it.  Unfortunately, Disney sends out these e-mails sporadically to some guests who are on their mailing list (I have been travelling many, many years now to WDW and Disneyland and have still not gotten one of these pin codes....it's all in the luck of the draw I suspect).  You can try and better your odds by maybe ordering one of their complimentary Vacation Planning DVD's through the website as I have heard that this may put you under their radar and hopefully you may receive future e-mails featuring pin code offers as well.  The other option is to sit tight and keep an eye on the special offers page, where they do have many attractive offers added frequently for different times throughout the year.  Good luck!
