Hi Alisha,
It thrills me to hear that you are planning your very
first Walt Disney World vacation. I just love sharing my love for this magical place. My hope is that it will be a trip to remember and have you coming back for years to come.
Holidays Around the World is one of my favorite things to do during the holiday season. While the exact schedule of events has not been posted yet, in the past, each pavilion has activities, special holiday treats, performances or traditional storytellers from their country. A few examples include Helga and the Nutcracker in Germany, La Befana in Italy or Pere Noel in France. The Disney Parks Blog recently did a post about the scrumptious
holiday food and beverage offerings that will accompany the Holidays Around the World. Germany is my favorite to visit. I am German by descent and it is always so nostalgic to visit that one. Check a times guide on the day of your visit for specific performance times and locations.
Do not forget about the
Candlelight Processional in the evening at Epcot. This is a breathtaking orchestration and narration of the Nativity story. Seating is on a first come, first serve basis, unless you have purchased the
Candlelight Dining Package, which guarantees your seating for the performance.
Have holly jolly holiday filled with sparkle and light!
