Hi! I am planning a Disney trip with my husband and 6 children. When using the rider swap (because we have an infant and a 2yo), will Mom get to ride with all 4 kids who just went on with Dad?

    Hi Elizabeth,

As a fellow "mama of many," I'm really excited to hear that you and all of your Mouseketeers are planning a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! One thing that I love about a Disney vacation is that there are so many magical moments that the entire family can enjoy together! I know you all will have a BLAST and make memories to last a lifetime!

For those attractions that you'd like to experience that any of your children aren't tall enough to experience or don't want to ride, the Rider Switch service is a wonderful time saver! You'll simply want to ask the Cast Member at the attraction entrance to activate the service, then either you or your husband will be able to experience the attraction while the other one of you waits with your little ones. Once the first group has enjoyed the attraction, the one who waited will be able to enter the FastPass+ queue along with two other Guests. For your family, that means that two of your kiddos will be able to ride twice, or if you'd like to keep things even, you could have two kids ride with your husband and two kids ride with you.

Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Elizabeth, and please let us know if you have any other questions as you're preparing for your visit. I hope that you and your entire family have a truly magical vacation together!
