Hi, Lina! I'm quite a sports fanatic myself, so I can sympathize with your husband's football fever. Let's huddle up and see where your team can watch the Big Game!
The most obvious place to start with Super Bowl viewing plans is the ESPN Club at Disney's Boardwalk. It's a great atmosphere to catch a game - but it's also a super popular spot. Everyone from Disney Guests to local fans will be clamoring to get in. You can try to book a VIP Package and be guaranteed a seat, but again, they'll be super popular and will likely sell out quickly. Keep an eye out for that if you want to give it a try.
If the ESPN Club is a no-go, there are still plenty of options. Last year, Splitsville at Downtown Disney had the game on its TVs all around the restaurant. You might also try some of the newer options at Downtown Disney, like the waterfront bar at The BOATHOUSE or Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar, set to open this Fall.
Your best bet may be to check around the Resort hotel where you'll be staying. Many Resort restaurants, lounges and pool bars will likely be showing the game. Since your kids are little, they probably won't make it much past halftime. If you're near "home," you can catch some of the game and then head back to the room at bedtime to finish watching there.
As the season winds down, I'd expect some suggestions for watching the game on the Disney Parks Blog. It's a great Guest resource for any Disney news and events coming our way.
I hope this helps your gridiron gang catch the Big Game, Lina. Stop by to see us again soon!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
