I am planning a Disney trip for April 2012. It will be the largest group I have ever planned for, around 17 family members of all ages, what is the best way to book for that many people and how can we easily divide up the costs?

    Hi Mary!

With a group that large, I would recommend working with an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner.  He or she is a travel agent that specializes in vacations to Walt Disney World, Disneyland, on the Disney Cruise Line, and with Adventures by Disney.  In fact, there are even travel agencies that specialize and focus on Disney vacations.

He or she will be able to help you with arranging accommodations, any special events for the whole group, and most importantly, group dining arrangements.  Most will also be on the lookout for discounts that can be applied to your reservations.  Almost always, the services provided by an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner are free to the guest.

Enjoy planning what sounds to be a fabulous time!
