    We are planning to be at Disney on 7/4. Where would you suggest we make dinner reservations to be able to eat and then have the best view of the fireworks display?

    Hi, pyrotechnic papa!

    Three of the parks traditionally have nighttime fireworks on July 4. You're able to view the patriotic themed fireworks of two of the parks - Epcot and Magic Kingdom - from different restaurants.

    The best restaurants to view the Magic Kingdom patriotic-themed fireworks are the California Grill at the Contemporary Resort and Narcoosee's at the Grand Floridian. If both are booked, you can see the fireworks (and hear the music) piped in on the shores of the Polynesian and the Grand Floridia. So, if both are booked, consider dining at Kona Cafe or Ohana at the Polynesian, or 1900 Park Fare or Citricos at the Grand Floridian, and then head to the beach for fireworks.

    At Epcot, the restaurants with the best Illuminations views are Rose & Crown (outdoors) and La Hacienda.
