    We are planning a Disney Norwegian cruise out of south Hampton. Does Disney offer transfers from J.W. Marriott Grosvenor Hotel to South Hampton port? Also, would this hotel be one of the hotels that Disney partners with? Thanks Lynda

    Welcome to planDisney, Lynda! Thank you for sailing by with your question. One of my favorite things about Disney Cruise Line is planning my next one.

    The JW Marriott Grosvenor House London is one of the hotels that Disney can assist with making a pre- or post-reservation for itineraries departing from Southampton. The hotel is about 83 miles from the port, and you can purchase Disney Cruise Line ground transfers to get you there. It is a little early to purchase transfers for 2026, though. The JW Marriott is located steps from Hyde Park and within walking distance to other London landmarks like the Marble Arch.

    If you need assistance with arranging air transportation, Disney Cruise Line can help with that, too! They offer flexible and restricted fares. If you decide to book your own air travel, it is recommended that your earliest departure time from London Heathrow International Airport or London Gatwick International Airport on debarkation day be 2:15 PM. The earliest departure time from Southampton Airport on debarkation day should be 12:00 PM (Noon).
