I love the idea of planning a group cruise for your microschool! So many unforgettable memories happen on board Disney Cruise Line, so I know your crew will make countless memories. I also know that with
everything included and
offered for Guests of every age, it will be an easy way to travel with a group of families.
Once your group has selected a date,
ship,
departure port, and
itinerary, you can hold a cruise for up to 3 days while the deposit is made. Currently, a 10% deposit of the total voyage price is due (always subject to change). If a family must cancel, a full refund of the amount paid is available up to the final payment date. If the cruise is 5 nights or fewer, final payment is due 90 days before; for 6 nights or longer, it is 120 days. Exceptions apply if a family chooses a concierge-level stateroom or a guarantee or restricted fare. Concierge-level stateroom deposits are non-refundable and can only be moved to another date as long as it is before final payment. Some guarantee or restricted fares are non-refundable at the time of booking. If these are offered on the cruise date you've selected, it will be clearly stated in the
stateroom descriptions.
Disney Cruise Line does offer options for
paying for your Disney Cruise. After paying the deposit, you can customize your plan to any amount up until the final payment date, either 90 or 120 days before embarkation. This gives families flexibility to choose what works best for them! Families will also have different options to save money based on the stateroom category and location selected. Booking when new itineraries are released offers the best availability, especially if you'd like to book in the same area of the ship. Early booking typically offers some of the best pricing as well, and time to save and make those payments. This week,
Fall 2027 and Spring 2028 cruises become available for booking, so it's a great opportunity to plan something magical for your group. Also, be sure to check out the
