    We are planning a Disney Cruise leaving from the port of Galveston. Is there a Disney Shuttle service from IAH to port of Galveston? If so, how do we sign up for the shuttle and where does it meet?

    Welcome to planDisney, David!  I am happy that you sailed by planDisney for help with your Disney Cruise Line planning.

    Ground transfers between George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and the Port of Galveston are available for purchase through April 2024.  If your cruise is happening after that, you will need to arrange for private transportation.  You can find options through an internet search, and I noticed ride-share options like Uber and Lyft are also authorized for ground transportation at IAH.

    There are currently 4-Night, 5-Night, 6-Night, and 7-Night round trip Western Caribbean itineraries from Galveston and a one-way 7-Night Bahamian Cruise from Galveston and ending in San Juan to choose from.  The Disney Magic, the ship currently sailing from Galveston, boasts the AquaDunk, a drop-out waterslide.  It is the only one of its kind in the Disney Cruise Line fleet of ships!
