Special military rates are available on select Disney Cruise Line itineraries to all retired and active US Military personnel or spouses, including:

US Air Forcev
US Army
US Marines
US Navy
US Coast Guard
US National Guard
US Army Reserve
US Department of Defense

The offer is limited to 1 stateroom per household. The second stateroom may be confirmed to accommodate immediate family members within the same household with a maximum of 2 adults per offer. I am unsure if the two sisters you are referring to are your sisters or not. I suggest calling Disney Cruise Line directly with your question.
