Hello there, Sheryl! Welcome to planDisney.
Are you getting excited yet? I know that I would be if I were in your shoes. Being just days away from a Disney Cruise is such an exciting feeling. I'd love to help you locate your QR code on your Port Arrival Form to keep that excitement growing!
Using your smartphone, open up your browser and navigate to the
Disney Cruise Line website. Then, click the three horizontal lines in the upper left-hand corner of your screen. A drop-down menu will appear. Click "Already Booked" and then click "Online Check-In". You will then be directed to sign in to your Disney Cruise Line account. From there, you should be able to click the link under "Online Check-In Status:" to view the document with your Port Arrival Form. You'll have the option to print or email the form. Alternatively, you can scroll down and select "Add to Mobile Wallet". You'll then have a convenient way to pull up this information quickly on your phone when the time comes to show this QR code at the port.
If you would prefer to show the QR codes on a printed sheet of paper, simply print the Port Arrival Form and bring it with you when you check in at the terminal. I often like to remind Guests to keep their important identification and travel documents with them in a carry-on bag. The rest of your luggage will be taken by porters at the terminal onto the ship and will be delivered to your stateroom later in the day.
If you'd like to have a packing checklist for reference as you fill up your suitcases, Disney Cruise Line
provides one on their website. And if you haven't already, please be sure to download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. It will be a guide at your fingertips and useful throughout your cruise.
I'm wishing you smooth travels and a fabulous voyage,
Adrianna
