Welcome to planDisney Tiffany! Thanks for reaching out with your question. I'm excited to help you! How wonderful that you're planning a trip to Walt Disney World Resort! You’re sure to create some amazing memories at The Most Magical Place on Earth during the Most Wonderful Time of the Year!

To navigate the parks during the holidays, here is my suggested plan:
    • Christmas Day: Magic Kingdom - Morning: If staying at a Disney Resort Hotel, take advantage of Early Theme Park Entry and arrive early (30–60 minutes before park opening) to experience Main Street U.S.A. and iconic attractions like Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, and Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. Use Lightning Lane Passes to minimize wait times. Midday: Enjoy a festive meal at a table service restaurant like Be Our Guest or Cinderella’s Royal Table. Make Advance Dining Reservations (ADRs) early! Afternoon: Focus on classic attractions like Pirates of the Caribbean and Haunted Mansion. Consider hopping on the Walt Disney World Railroad to soak in the Christmas ambiance. Evening: Enjoy the holiday decorations and end the day with Happily Ever After fireworks.
    • December 26: Animal Kingdom - Morning: Start early with Avatar Flight of Passage and Expedition Everest. Visit the Kilimanjaro Safaris before animals retreat during the heat. Midday: Lunch at Satu’li Canteen in Pandora. Explore trails like the Gorilla Falls Exploration Trail and Maharajah Jungle Trek. Afternoon: Take a break with Finding Nemo: The Big Blue... and Beyond! and Festival of the Lion King shows. Evening: Wrap up with the breathtaking Tree of Life Awakenings and dinner at Yak & Yeti.
    • December 27: EPCOT - Morning: Snag a Virtual Queue for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, and Soarin' Around the World. Midday: Have lunch in the World Showcase. Let your kids choose a country to explore, perfect for engaging older kids. Afternoon: Participate in scavenger hunts like DuckTales World Showcase Adventure. Younger ones might enjoy exploring The Seas with Nemo & Friends. Evening: Conclude your trip with EPCOT's nighttime spectacular, Luminous: The Symphony of Us. Grab dinner at a spot like Via Napoli or La Hacienda de San Angel.
Tiffany, I hope you find this information helpful as you prepare for an exciting visit to Walt Disney World Resort!
