Hi Ngan,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I love a good fireworks dessert party and currently, the
Magic Kingdom After-Fireworks Party is my absolute favorite. I'm so excited you've planned to attend! I can understand why you would be concerned about having enough time to enjoy the party.
I took a quick peek at the
Park Hours for your dates. The
Magic Kingdom Park is scheduled to close at 9 P.M. and Happily Ever After fireworks show is supposed to happen at 9 P.M. It is a bit confusing to have an After-Fireworks Party when the park will be closed. Once you check-in for the party you will be directed to the Plaza Gardens to watch the incredible fireworks show. When the fireworks are over and almost everyone else is heading for the park exits, you will go back to the Tomorrowland Terrace for the dessert portion of your party. You will have plenty of time to enjoy your food and drink.
While your party is ending, guests will still be arriving for
Disney Villains After Hours at Magic Kingdom Park which begins at 10 P.M. Those guests can enter the park as early as 7 P.M. but they will still be entering the park as you are getting ready to leave your party. When you are ready to leave Tomorrowland Terrace you will be directed toward the park exits. Cast Members will be gently moving guests without Villains After Hours tickets to the exits. You won't be rushed as you enjoy your party, but you will be encouraged not to linger as you exit.
Ngan, thank you for visiting us with your question. I hope you will let us know if you have any other planning questions!
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Amy H.
