Planning 4 days at WDW before catching 5 night DCL, can't decide between POR or Pop Century, have rental car so bus is not a factor. Which building do I want to request that is close to pool and food and to parking? Thx

    Hello Shelley!

If I had the choice between staying at Disney's Port Orleans Riverside Resort or Disney's Pop Century, I would most definitely choose Disney's Port Orleans Riverside.  The main reasons would be the amenities are nicer in the Riverside guest rooms, and the Riverside pool is so much better than the Pop Century pool.

With that being said, the best buildings to request if you are staying in a standard room would be Building 85 or Building 90 in the Magnolia Bend area.  If you are staying in a preferred room, I would recommend requesting Building 15, Building 16, or Building 18 in the Alligator Bayou area.

I hope this helps in your planning!  If you have another question, just let me know!

    Have a MAGICAL day!

PS...Have fun on your cruise as well!!!!
