    Hi there Lori!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  We're glad you're here!  I think you are very wise to schedule a non-park day during your vacation. I always plan at least one or two days to sleep in, enjoy our Disney Resort hotel, and explore the other recreational activities that are available outside of the theme parks. If you are utilizing Disney's bus transportation, you may want to visit Winter Summerland Miniature Golf, which can be accessed by taking the bus bound for Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park during normal operating hours. Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park is nearby and one of my family's favorite places to visit especially during the summer months.

Fantasia Garden and Fairways Miniature Golf may be a little more difficult to access if utilizing bus transportation, but the location is ideal for enjoying dinner and sightseeing following your round of miniature golf.  If you do not have access to a car during your vacation, you may want to consider taking a taxi to Fantasia Garden and Fairways Miniature Golf, which would be the quickest and most efficient way to travel from Disney's Art of Animation Resort. Following your round of golf, you could explore the Epcot Resort Area and take in the sights and sounds of Disney's BoardWalk. There is no charge to visit Disney's BoardWalk, which offers evening street performers, midway games, surrey bike rentals, and fun dining locations. The Epcot Resort Area offers many dining locations to choose from.

I hope this information is helpful to you. Please don't hesitate to stop by again with any additional questions that you may have. Best wishes for a magical trip, Lori!

    Happy Travels,
