we are planning a 7 day trip late sept. 2012. 2 adlts with 7year old and 2year old. We are thinking of staying at the wilderness lodge or maybe near epcot or hollywood studios where we can walk to places. Any sugestions or recomendations?.

    Hi Dan!!!

Thank you so much for your question!!!  I would love to give you a couple of resort options!!

Disney's Wilderness Lodge is a beautiful resort that truly makes you feel like you have been transported to the Pacific Northwest and are in the middle of the woods when you are really just minutes from the Magic Kingdom!!  We love being able to board a boat and head to the Magic Kingdom!!

Based on my previous experiences with a little one in a stroller, I can also highly recommend staying at either Disney's BoardWalk Inn, Disney's BoardWalk Villas, Disney's Beach Club Resort, or Disney's Yacht Club Resort.  The fact that each of these resorts are so close to Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios make these a family favorite for us.  We love the fact that we do not have to fold up our stroller when we get on the Friendship Boats to go to either theme park.  Each theme park is also close enough to walk to.  Your children will also love the pool areas at each of these resorts!!!

I hope that I have given you some suitable recommendations for your upcoming trip!!  Please feel free to send any additional questions my way!!!

    Have a magical trip!!
