We are planning a 3 day trip to Disney World Orlando in February 2025 with our grandkids. Our grand daughter is 2, is a ticket required for Clara? Thank you, Barbara

    Hi Barbara,

Thank you for stopping by and bringing us your question. It’s a pleasure to help you plan the most magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!

You’re making me feel so nostalgic, knowing you’re about to create some lifelong memories with your grands. My first trip was with my grandmother, and it was truly a core memory! I’ll never forget stepping into Disney's Contemporary Resort, seeing the monorail zoom by inside the hotel, and ending our first night watching the fireworks from our room balcony. I couldn’t believe it was all real! Let’s just say I became a lifetime Disney fan that day—and here we still are! I know Clara and your family are going to make memories just as special.

Now, let’s talk about Clara’s ticket! I’m excited to share that Clara is good to go without a park ticket. Kids under the age of 3 do not need park admission, so she will be able to enjoy the pixie dust, compliments of Mickey!

It feels like yesterday when my now-tween was two and creating her own memories at the parks. Here’s a list of her favorite toddler-friendly attractions that Clara might enjoy as well!

At Magic Kingdom, Fantasyland is the place to be! It was nearly impossible to leave the Hundred Acre Wood. She would have ridden The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh one hundred times if she could! And of course, there’s the classic “it’s a small world”, likely the first song she ever memorized.

If you find yourself traveling internationally at EPCOT, I have a feeling Clara might really enjoy Frozen Ever After. Just be ready to LET IT GO and sing along at the top of your lungs during that fun drop!

If animals are more her jam, don’t miss Kilimanjaro Safaris at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. It will be a wild adventure she won’t soon forget!

And of course, I have to make special mention of the Disney Jr. Play and Dance! dance party at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, where she can bust a move with all her favorite Disney Junior characters. Have your camera ready to capture all those cute smiles that are sure to happen!

Make sure you bring all her favorite on-the-go snacks to keep her going during your adventure-packed day! And if you need breaks, the Baby Care Centers are the perfect place to take a breather and recharge.

I hope this information is helpful! Don’t hesitate to stop by again with any additional questions or for more magical planning tips.

I hope you all have the sweetest time saying hi to Mickey!

    Warm hugs and pixie dust,

    Emille
