Hi there, Tammy. Welcome to
planDisney! I’m glad you brought this great question to us. You stumbled on one of the interesting instances that happen from time to time. Let’s check it out.
Yes, every once in a while, single-day tickets add up to less than a multi-day ticket. Nobody has ever been able to give me a straight answer as to why this happens, but it still happens. Managing the tickets in the app might be slightly more difficult, but well worth the savings.
If you purchase your tickets through the
Disneyland Mobile App or the
Disneyland website, you’re able to input a name for each ticket. That should make it easy to keep track of them throughout your trip. The tickets should appear in the “My Tickets and Passes" section of your app. When you scan the ticket at the entrance to the parks, the cast member will take a picture of the person scanning the ticket, and that’s that! At the end of the day, the ticket will disappear, and you can go through the same process the next day with the remaining tickets.
Tammy, did you know that you’ll be arriving a short time after the launch of the new mission in
Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, featuring Mando and Grogu? What perfect timing!
Galaxy’s Edge timeline expansion will also be in effect as of April 29th. If your family is strong with the force, they will love this visit!
I hope the rest of your trip planning is nice and smooth. If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate bring them to us, here at
planDisney. I hope you have a magical day!
Corey
