Ahoy Dennis –
We welcome you back for a visit here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and we are so excited to help you with your cruise planning. First of all, let me say how thrilling it is to take a European cruise, and with 12 days of fun, I am sure that your pirate crew will have a blast! Your question is difficult to answer because what is worthy for one family may not be the case for others. From what I hear from other cruisers who have done the European itinerary, it is very nice to have a verandah to see the various ports. Most cruises only have 2-3 ports, but on most
Copenhagen cruises there are up to 8 amazing ports of call that you can see from your stateroom. Families that enjoy seeing the sunrise or sunset also prefer the verandah rooms too.
Inside Staterooms usually offer the best price when compared to the
Verandah Staterooms. My crew prefers the Inside Staterooms because there is no outside light and it allows our tiger cubs to sleep late in the mornings. When we sailed in a Verandah room in the past, we did not really use our Verandah at all, and that 6:30AM sunrise had our sea pups up at the “crack of dawn.” Whenever we desire to lounge outside, we go to Deck 4 where we can see beautiful views and lounge away. Dennis, we hope you are able to make a good choice for your family, but feel free to come back again if you have more questions.
