I am planning my daughters first trip to WDW in August, when I can take vacation from work. It is her birthday celebration but not exactly her birthday (July 6), can we still "celebrate" her 7th birthday there even though it isn't her actual birt

    Pamela:

Our family RARELY can travel on our exact birthdays. (We have a child who was a New Year's baby, and you can bet you won't find me in the parks on one of the busiest days of the year!) So we travel when we can to celebrate when we can...

What I've found is that if YOU'RE celebrating, Disney is celebrating. Wear the big birthday button (that you can pick up at your hotel's front desk or at the park's Guest Services) and wear it proudly!

Wishing y'all a memorable birthday and a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
