Hey, Kayla!
Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney. I'm excited to help you plan your great, big, beautiful tomorrow.
A 5-Day trip to
The Happiest Place on Earth sounds absolutely terrific! That'll give you ample time to enjoy
Cars Land,
Avengers Campus,
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, and the newly reimagined
Mickey's Toontown. I actually think five days in the parks is a perfect length of time. My family spent 5 days in the parks last summer and it allowed us to explore and experience both parks. When we left for home, we didn't feel like we missed out on anything. Of course, there's always more to see and do. However, I really do think five days allows you to have a satisfying trip. You might want to devote more time to
Disneyland Park since it's the bigger park of the two.
My kids are younger than yours and five days wasn't too much for them. However, I will say that we had some rest days in between our park days. That allowed my kids to recover and catch up on some sleep. Therefore, if you're planning on doing five straight days in the parks, you might want to factor in times for rest. Maybe head back to the hotel each day for a nap mid-afternoon. This works wonders for my children.
When it comes to enjoying the attractions, your daughters should be able to sit together with you behind them. You can always make a request to a Cast Member when it comes to boarding the ride vehicle. They are usually great about accommodating such requests. They realize that families want to sit together. I've never had a problem with this.
I hope that's helpful, Kayla. Thanks for choosing to be our Guest. Have a great trip!
Mike
