Hi there, Ariam, and welcome to planDisney!
Oh my heart! Celebrating your daughter's 3rd birthday at Walt Disney World is going to be absolutely magical! I'm getting all the feels just thinking about it because there's something so incredibly special about that first "big kid" Disney trip.
So here's the wonderful news about your little princess getting into the parks. If your
vacation package date starts with your mousketeer birthday princess still being 2, then yes, she'll still get in free for the length of your stay since children under two and under don't need tickets!
Now, about
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique - and oh my goodness, what perfect timing for a 3rd birthday celebration! Here's where it gets a tiny bit tricky, though. Even though your package will grant your daughter that special magic to get into the parks for the duration of your stay, she'll still need valid admission to experience the boutique since it does require park entry. So, at least for the day of her Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique makeover, she’ll have to have a park ticket.
Here's my insider tip: Those Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique appointments book up super fast, like really fast! I'd recommend
getting that reservation locked in as soon as your booking window opens. You can make those specialty dining and experience reservations 60 days out if you're staying on property, which it sounds like you are with that resort package.
I have to tell you, I've seen so many little ones get their royal transformations at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, and it never gets old! The cast members there are absolutely incredible, and they make every single child feel like true Disney royalty. Your daughter is going to be over the moon, especially since it's happening right around her birthday.
A 3rd birthday at Disney with a princess makeover? Ariam, you're basically winning parent of the year here! She's going to remember this forever, and honestly, you probably will too. There's nothing quite like seeing Disney through a 3-year-old's eyes.
Have the most magical celebration, and see ya real soon! ~Emille
