We are planning my daugher's first visit to Disney World from Nov 20-Nov 24. I am sure that it will be crowded as this is Thanksgiving week. Will the parks be decorated for the holidays? What will the weather be like at this time of year?

    Hi Jacquelyn!
Great time of year to go...in fact, I'll be there for Thanksgiving this year as well! Yes, it will be crowded, but with the right frame of mind, some invested planning, and the fact that you will be seeing Walt Disney World through the eyes of your daughter for the first time...well, let's just say it's going to be spectacular!!
As soon as Halloween ends, and almost completely overnight, Walt Disney World transforms into a magical, holiday wonderland in both the theme parks and the resorts. The decorations and theming are fantastic and will truly add to the memorable experience!!
Weather can be a bit unpredictable, although for the most part, can/should still be fairly nice. The inconsistency comes in the fact that a cold, drizzly, 50 degree day may be followed by a dry, sunny 80 degree day.
Either way, you are going to be celebrating in Walt Disney World, with your own little princess, at the holidays...can you think of anything better???? I can't.......
I wish you a Magical, Memorable, (Merry) trip this fall!! :)
