We are planning a cruise next summer and will have a 13 year old. Will he still be able to go to the Tween Club on Disney Dream? If so, is that a good spot for him to meet other kids his age?

    Hi Brian!

Your 13 year old will have a blast at the Youth Clubs on the Disney Dream this summer.  Their hangout home on the Dream will be at the Edge. This is the club for 11-13 year old guests. On your embarkation day, all the Youth Clubs will have an Open House, so you'll have your chance to see the different youth spaces yourself. Make sure to check the Personal Navigator every day for hours and special activities that are planned at the Youth Clubs and around the ship.  Each day is a totally different adventure. Your teen buccaneer will have a chance to meet new friends there -- so don't be surprised if he chooses to sit with his new friends at the movies or at the evening shows.

My 12 and 14 year old had a nice dinner party with a couple of new friends one evening at our dinner table. My husband and I were at Palo for dinner, and they chose to be fancy kids on their own that night! They had loads of fun with our dining team, and they had so many funny stories to share!  Our dining team told us all about their own funny stories the following night.  LOL!

I hope that this answers your questions. Please do let us know if you have additional questions.  We are glad to help!

    Happy cruise planning!
