Hi!! Planning our cruise on the Fantasy in September. We have 5 rooms of family going, two rooms with Platinum members. Just wondering if we can all do our check-in together? So excited!! Thank you for your help!

    Hello Arthur!

Thanks for sailing by! My boys and I recently returned from a Disney Fantasy sailing and are already counting the  days to our next.  How exciting that your trip is only a few short weeks away!  Castaway Club benefits (Silver, Gold or Platinum) are stateroom specific.  Therefore, the benefit level is determined by the guest with the highest level of membership in a particular stateroom.  Platinum level Castaway Club members are eligible to board in boarding group one along with concierge-level passengers.  However, you are welcome to board together, provided you are willing to board at the latest boarding group assigned to your traveling party.  If your Platinum level passengers are distributed among all of your party's staterooms (and there is one Platinum level guest in each stateroom) you will all be permitted to board in the first boarding group.

Similarly, Castaway Club pre-booking windows are stateroom specific, meaning the guest with highest status in a particular cabin may book for all in the cabin.  First-time guests may book 75 days prior to sailing.  Silver Castaway Club guests may book 90 days prior to sailing.  Gold Castaway Club guests may book 105 days prior to sailing and Platinum Castaway Club guests may book 120 days prior to sailing.

I hope you have a fabulous cruise!
