Hello, we are planning a cruise to the bahammas in four years, we have 5 adults and 3 kids. How many rooms do we need?

    Welcome aboard, Jackie!

Great to hear that your are planning in advance. There is so much to look forward to when you take a Disney Cruise vacation. Getting the gears churning to plan is a step in that direction. For your traveling party of 8, you will need at least 2 rooms. Depending on the type of room you choose, you can also request adjoining rooms to have easy access for everyone to go from 1 room to the other. You can keep the door open -- or you can choose to close the door between the 2 rooms for privacy. The shared space, most of the time, makes it much more fun for everyone too.

Here's a link that gives you the stateroom comparisons on the different Disney Ships. You'll see the different rooms and how many people it can accommodate. You can even play around with the Find a Cruise link to give you an idea of costs, destinations and schedules on the Disney Cruise Line website.

Have fun planning, Jackie!  Do let us know if you have any additional questions -- we're always happy to help!

    Have a magical day!
