Planning on coming for the Princess Half Marathon weekend in February 2019. Do you have an estimate of what the park hours might be during that time?

Hi Pam! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Planning a "race-cation" during the Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend sounds absolutely wonderful! There is nothing quite like running through the Walt Disney World Resort. It adds an element of magic that simply can't be matched anywhere else!

Park hours are released 180 days in advance, so with race weekend taking place February 21-24, 2019, you should expect to begin seeing those hours released around the end of August 2018. Although we don't know for sure what the hours will be during next year's runDisney event, I can tell you that this year the theme parks all opened around 8-9 a.m., with closing between 8-11 p.m., depending on the park.

I hope this helps with planning your trip, Pam! Make sure to bring some comfortable shoes for not only running, but for exploring the theme parks as well. Happy training!
