welcome home!" Keith, I too have experienced the high call volumes lately and inability to chat with a Disney Vacation Club guide. Recently I needed to speak with someone about an upcoming vacation and it took me a few days and multiple tries to make contact. It certainly makes me wonder if Stitch has infiltrated Disney Vacation Club and is insistent on making mischief! That rascal!
Since your conundrum involves Vacation Point usage, I encourage you to keep trying to
contact Member Services through the phone number. There is also an option to email Disney Vacation Club directly which I will include
