Planning on celebrating 40th wedding ann at DW in Oct. Two nights at Yacht Club. Doany packages include golf? Would like to golf day we arrive & leave. Also, see Cirque de Soleil. What restaurant would you recommend for VERY nice evening dinner?

Jane, Happy Anniversary from all of us here at the Moms Panel! Walt Disney World Resort is, in my opinion, the perfect place to celebrate such a memorable occasion!  You will love the Yacht Club. With its authentic nautical touches and hardwood floors, you will feel as if were transported from the Florida sunshine right into a New England seaside town!

Now, I will admit, I am not a golfer. In fact, I may have only held a club a time or two, so it took some research on my part. While I was unable to find a "package" offered right now with golfing, there are some golf perks to staying on property. For those staying in a Walt Disney World Resort hotel there is free golf club rentals, complimentary shuttle service to and from the courses, as well as discounted green fees. Some courses also offer "twilight" fees for play in the mid-afternoon at discounted rates. For more information or to reserve your tee times, you can visit www.disneygolf.com.

La Nouba is a phenomenal show. You will be blow away by the theatrics and talents of the performers. This would make a perfect celebratory evening out. Keep in mind that there are no performances on Sundays or Mondays.

Now my favorite part, dining at in the parks! My two recommendations would be Victoria & Albert's at the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa or Artist Point in Wilderness Lodge. These are two of my favorite meals ever in all my years of traveling. Victoria & Albert's is a AAA 5-Diamond restaurant and the service is probably the best I have ever experienced! We celebrated our honeymoon here and it was a remarkable meal! Artist Point is one where the amazing food is just enhanced by the majestic views and atmosphere. Both of these restaurants are very popular and do book up fast, so I would recommend calling for reservations 180 days in advance to secure your unforgettable meal!

    Enjoy your "Happily Ever After"!
