Happy soon-to-be Birthday to you, Kai!
You are my people! I love celebrating my birthday at the most magical place on earth, Walt Disney World! It’s sort of funny because my husband’s birthday is the day before mine, so by default, he also gets to celebrate at Walt Disney World. We always try to mix up our birthday trips a bit by adding something new or splurging on something fun. I recommend checking out the
Enchanting Extras to see if there’s something there that you would like to add to make your visit even more memorable. For the past two celebrations, since I’ve picked the location, Disney World, my husband has picked the extra. So, as a family, we’ve enjoyed the
Guided Fishing Excursions. And while fishing usually isn’t my thing, fishing with Cinderella Castle in the background is truly enchanting.
Now, let’s talk about places to room. If you are looking to save money I recommend checking out the
Value Resorts. You will need to book two rooms, but you can always request that the rooms be close together. Unfortunately, there’s no guarantee that this accommodation can be met, but with a little bit of Faith, Trust, and Pixie Dust, they just might be. If you would rather keep the group together, I recommend a family suite at
All-Star Music or
Art of Animation. The room layouts are similar, but it’s the theming that changes when staying at Art of Animation. Plus, at Art of Animation you have the convenience of the
Skyliner. Which is a whimsical way to soar over to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios.
Kai, I hope these recommendations help you find the perfect
Disney Resort for your group to enjoy and stay at. I'm sure that whichever one you choose, you’ll have a great time. Just being at Walt Disney World is magic in itself! Have a fantastic birthday, and if there’s anything else we can help with, you know where to find us!
Happy Birthday,
Shantel
