    Hi! we are planning to celebrate our daugther's 15 th birthday on the Dream Ship in September 2011. I was wondering if there is any service offered to have a flower bouquet or any decoration at the room once she arrive. Who to contact? Thanks

    Congratulations on your upcoming cruise aboard the Disney Dream -- she is a beauty and a wonderful way to celebrate your teen princess' birthday!

    You can order flowers and gifts to be delivered to virtually anywhere on the ship by ordering one of two ways:

    1.  Call (800) 601-8455

    2.  Download and complete the gifts order form and fax it to (407) 938-4288


    I personally recommend the Seaside Tranquility Package together with an onboard credit for a trip to the Chill Spa -- a teen-only retreat with services such as ice cream manicures and hot chocolate wraps.  On the Gifts & Amenities Page under the Planning Center, there are several packages as well as floral arrangements and yummy food gifts, too.
