Thank you for visiting us at planDisney, Carolyna! Welcome!
Your visit to
The Most Magical Place On Earth is only days away. I am jealous! A few of my planDisney panelist friends and I recently returned from previewing
Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and were lucky enough to take in
Disney Dreams That Soar, presented by AT&T at Disney Springs. I’m sure you will be equally amazed by the technology and the music as we were.
As you may or may not know, the show takes place over Lake Buena Vista at Disney Springs
West Side, so to get the perfect view, you will need to find a dining location along the West Side Lakefront Walk. I suggest making reservations at Summer House or Jaleo, as they both offer outside seating. You may want to call the host/hostess stand ahead to see if they have any unique dining options during the show you could take advantage of rather than leaving it to chance.
Looking at the calendar for the next week or two, the show times appear to be later in the evening (9 PM and 10:45 PM), so if you don’t want to wait that long to have dinner, you could always enjoy some other dining options nearby. Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar, Enzo’s Hideaway, and The Edison are some of my personal favorites. After dinner and dessert, you can head to the waterfront entrance behind House of Blues to claim your first-come, first-served spot. Stay updated on show times and cancellations due to weather through the
My Disney Experience app!
I hope this answers your question, Carolyn. If you have any additional vacation planning questions, please swing by and
submit another question. I’d be happy to share more tips and recommendations to ensure you have a fantastic visit to Disney World!
Cheers,
Brent
