    Planning on Candlelight Processional w/ dining package - just found out it counts as 2 table service meals now. ?:Go w/ package or get separate dining and wait for general seating? If general - how far in advance to get there for 8:15 show? Thx!

    Hi Erin!  My advice is to go with the Candlelight dining package for a few reasons. I realize it does take extra dining credits but you can choose your location according to the tier you decide on and then relax and enjoy dinner.  You must arrive at the theater no less then 15 minutes before the show start time as that is when they let in their general seating guests.  With the package you will have a better seat in the front center sections.  You will also get special Illuminations viewing options later that night when you use the package so that is a plus as well.

    If you choose to wait in the stand by line you  must get there early and the lines grow quickly for the next shows. Often people stand and wait for over an hour.  The problem with this is that while you are waiting you will hear and see some of the show without actually being in the theater to enjoy the full experience.  I have heard from some guests that this dulls the excitement once they are in and that they wouldn't do that again.
