We are planning to buy our one day ticket for the Magic Kingdom a couple of days in advance. Can we do that The prices seem to vary day by day. We are looking to purchase the tickets for the cheapest day Thank you, Tom

    Hi Thomas,

With your visit just a couple of weeks away, you must be getting SO EXCITED to go walking right down the middle of Main Street U.S.A. and experience the magic and wonder of Magic Kingdom Park! It will be here before you know it!

Yes, you may definitely buy your tickets a few days ahead of time. In fact, I'd recommend purchasing them as soon as you know which day you'd like to visit. You're exactly right that prices can vary based on the day you'd like to visit, but you can see all of the current prices on the ticketing page and once you've purchased your tickets, your price won't change. The major benefit to purchasing your tickets ahead of time is that once they're linked to your My Disney Experience account, you can go ahead and select three FastPass+ selections in advance. The complimentary FastPass+ service allows you to skip the standby lines, saving you lots of time and allowing you to experience even more magic and fun! Plus, once you've enjoyed those first three selections, you may use an in-park kiosk or the My Disney Experience mobile app to make additional FastPass+ selections, one at a time, pending availability, until the theme park closes for the day!

Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Thomas, and please let us know if we can help with anything else as you're planning your trip. I hope that you have a truly magical vacation!
