Hi I am planning to buy 2 day ticket my question is can I switch the days after purchasing the tickets

Hey there, hi there, Racheli! We are so glad you stopped by with your planning question for us. Welcome to planDisney!

Purchasing your tickets is a big step in the planning process! I am happy to share that once you purchase your tickets, you have the flexibility to change dates if you need to. If you were to purchase tickets today, your multi-day tickets would be good until January 12, 2027. One-day tickets are valid through December 30, 2026. When you purchase your tickets through Disneyland's website or the Disneyland app, you will be required to pick dates and the parks you want to use these tickets for. These will become your theme park reservations. You can make changes to your theme park ticket reservations as many times as needed within the tickets' validity. For multi-day tickets, you must use all days within 13 days of the first day of use.

There are lots of exciting happenings going on through the end of the year at Disneyland Resort. Right now, Disneyland is celebrating 70 years! In August, Halloween Time will officially kick off, and this is always a fun time to check out all the spooky decor and fun attraction overlays. The good news is you will still be able to enjoy some of the 70th entertainment during this time. Then November will bring the holiday festivities, including Festival of the Holidays at Disney California Adventure. This happens to be one of my family's favorite foodie festivals to enjoy lots of fun food. Information for 2026 hasn't been announced yet. I recommend checking the Disney Parks Blog, as I am sure it will be announced sometime this fall.

Racheli, I hope this gives you some information to help you plan your visit. You know where to find us with any other planning questions!

Meet the Panelist: Carrie, California

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
