We are planning on bringing our 2 year old to DisneyWorld the end of April 2013. When are the 2013 park schedules released? And when can you start making reservations for 2013?

    Hi James,

The park schedules are released on a rolling basis about six months in advance. This means that the April 2013 schedules will likely come out in October 2012.

You can make room-only reservations for the Disney resorts up to 499 days in advance, meaning that you could reserve your room for spring 2013 now. This can be done only over the phone with a travel agent or by calling Disney directly at 407-W-DISNEY.

Online booking and vacation packages for the next year have historically been released in mid-summer of the previous year. We don't have an exact date yet, but I'm expecting that packages and online booking will be available for 2013 sometime in July 2012. Try checking back in a month or so and we may have more information for you.

    Happy planning!
