We are planning on bringing our 18 month old to disney in october. Are there grasst areas/places in the magic kingdom where we can put out a blanket and let him roll / crawl around? Im worried that he will get fussy being in the stroller most of the day.

There are quite a few hidden spots at the Happiest Place on Earth that I have used to get my little ones moving and crawling when they needed out of the stroller. The Hall of Presidents is a nice space where you can just sit and look at all the neat Americana antiques located in the waiting area. My kids just walked along the area and had a blast. Another great spot is on Tom Sawyer Island. There are plenty of spaces where they can walk and crawl there. One of my fellow panelists had the great suggestion of heading out of the parks to some of the great resorts which have gorgeous well manicured open spaces. I know that Disney's Polynesian Hotel has some wonderful places for a little one to enjoy themselves. I hope these tips help you have a more magical vacation.
