As for parking, you're correct that you'll receive 5 hours complimentary parking - your choice of valet or self-parking - with your restaurant validation. It's definitely recommended to move your vehicle to a different lot though if you plan to visit the parks beyond that 5 hour period.
According to the
Parking overview page on the Disneyland Resort website as of the time that I'm answering your question, the daily standard rates for self-parking are $45 per vehicle for the first hour plus $10 for each additional hour, with a maximum rate of $85. Whereas self-parking at the designated Disneyland Resort parking areas for Guests visiting the parks are $40 per car or motorcycle.
I'll note a few disclaimers that parking is subject to availability and all of these prices may change without notice, but my point in sharing is just to say that it is more cost effective to re-park your car if you plan to visit the parks after your time at the Princess Breakfast Adventures.
