    I am planning on booking a vacation at the Animal Kingdom Lodge and I was wondering how long it will take for us to travel to the parks on the Disney bus?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and congratulations on your decision to stay at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge.  It's one of my favorite places to stay in all of  Walt Disney World.   Having stayed there many times myself, here are my estimates regarding how long your journey will be from the Lodge to each of the four major parks...

    Magic Kingdom Park - 20 minutes

    Epcot Theme Park - 20 minutes

    Disney's Hollywood Studios - 15-17 minutes

    Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park - 12-15 minutes

    We've actually timed our bus routes on our own before so these are pretty good estimates.  Do keep in mind that you will need to factor in potential wait times for the Disney Bus Transportation.   Typically, buses can take up to 20 minutes to arrive at any particular stop.  Have a wonderful time, Joline!
