Hi Robert,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question! It’s exciting to hEAR that you’ll be having a great, big, beautiful family trip to the Walt Disney World Resort in 2023! Some of my favorite memories came from large family trips, so I’m sure you will have a great time!
You can reach out to the
Group Reservations desk! They should be able to help you book your hotel rooms because they work with groups that need 10 or more
Disney Resorts Collection rooms.
One other piece of information that’d be helpful to know is how many
tickets your family would need and for how many days. Of course, everyone can choose the ticket options that work the best for their immediate family, but I know everyone will want to gather at least a few times together within the Theme Parks! Some of the family may prefer Park Hoppers others may only want one to two days in one Theme Park.
Once the tickets are discussed, you’d be ready to call the Group Reservations desk since you already know you’d like to stay at
Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. With this call, you can let the Cast Member know that you’re in the beginning phases of planning and wanted to get details on how the bookings work with larger families.
Finally, there are also
Disney Private VIP Tours for guests. This is a customizable experience with a VIP Tour Guide who whisks you off to all your favorite attractions (subject to availability). Keep in mind that this Service is for up to 10 people, it can be booked 60 days in advance, and valid ticket admission is needed in addition to the purchase of the tour. Have questions, contact the
VIP Tour Services Cast Members!
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare for your family’s amazing trip. If you have any other planning or vacation questions in the meantime,
please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
