Hi! We are planning on booking a stay at the Grand Floridian Villas (5 person in room max.) and will have the kids staying with us for the first 2 nights and staying with other family the other 5 nights. Do I book the room with just 2 guests?

    Hi Martin,

Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa look absolutely amazing.  The Victorian theme is so elegant, and the quick access to Magic Kingdom Park is wonderful.

You should include your children on your reservation even if they are only staying with you for part of your vacation.  The names of all guests staying in your accommodation are needed.  Also, this way you will be able to order MagicBands for your children.  When you set up an account on My Disney Experience and link your resort reservation, you should be offered the opportunity to customize MagicBands for each member of your party, including the children.

I hope that these thoughts are helpful for you, Martin!  Have a wonderful time planning your vacation, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
