Hello Kerry,
As the current
UK Panelist here at planDisney, I'm as happy as can be to welcome you here to our pixie-dusted spot!
As the parent to 4 (now grown-up!) Mouseketeers, I can totally relate to wishing to make reservations at Walt Disney World Resort for 2 adjoining, or connecting rooms in a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel.
Kerry, I'm more than happy to share that in my own experience it is indeed possible to make reservations with the
Walt Disney Travel Company for a holiday which includes 2 x rooms.
However, at this time, Guests are unable to book multiple rooms under just one reservation reference. Therefore, my best suggestion would be for you to speak in person with a knowledgeable Cast Member who can fully assist in helping make your holiday package booking, and who can note a request on your reservation for adjoining rooms.
It's easy to connect with a Cast Member by dialling the UK freephone number for
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations contained within this handy
Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.
My family and I always preferred to request
connecting rooms (2 x rooms with an internal connecting door), rather than
adjoining rooms (2 separate rooms, either next door to each other, or very close by).
Additionally, it is always worth bearing in mind that room requests can never be guaranteed at Walt Disney World Resort, but I can assure you that Cast Members will do their very best to accommodate each family's particular needs based on current availability.
I hope that I've been able to offer a little magical insight for you today Kerry. If you should have any further questions concerning your plans to holiday within the magic of Walt Disney World Resort, then please do drop back any time to me here at planDisney.
Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
