I am planning to book Disneyland Hotel standard view room using the Magical New Year getaway room rate -- does this have breakfast included in the package? if not what breakfast options are available to us? I have a toddler with me so this is urgent

Greetings, Anne, and thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your Disneyland Resort getaway will be here before you know it, and I couldn’t be more excited for you!

I’m also happy to see that you’re planning on taking advantage of the Magical New Year Getaway Room Offer for your February stay at the Disneyland Hotel! This is a great savings, with up to 20% off a Standard room. I checked with a Cast Member, and unfortunately, this offer doesn’t include breakfast. A continental breakfast is only included if you book a room with Club-Level Service. However, there are still plenty of tasty breakfast options nearby for your convenience. One of my favorite breakfast spots is Tangaroa Terrace Tropical Bar & Grill, located just above the Disneyland Hotel pools. Their breakfast menu includes items like a delicious American Breakfast, Avocado Toast, and even Thick & Fluffy Japanese Pancakes! Their Junior Scramble or other Kid’s Meals are the perfect choice for your little Mouseketeer, too! You can even mobile order your food ahead of time on the Disneyland app, so you don’t have to wait with a hungry toddler!

If you’re looking to start your day with a good laugh, head on over to Goofy’s Kitchen, also located at the Disneyland Hotel. This breakfast buffet is served with a side of giggles from Goofy and friends, who make this Character Dining experience a festive occasion! I recommend making reservations as soon as possible if you’re considering this breakfast option, as it tends to book up rather quickly.

For a quick, on-the-go breakfast, The Coffee House is also located at the Disneyland Hotel, offering freshly-brewed espressos, lattes, and more, in addition to an assortment of fruit, cereal, parfaits, and pastries. Lastly, you can also opt for in-room dining if you prefer to eat in your room before heading to the parks.

I hope this helps, Anne! I understand how important feeding a hungry toddler can be, especially first thing in the morning! I usually pack a few granola bars and bananas or muffins to have on standby, just in case my little Mouseketeers wake up super hungry!

Wishing you and your family many magical adventures at the Happiest Place on Earth!
