I am planning to book my dining for my upcoming trip and was trying to plan around EMH. As of right now the EMH hours are not out on the disney website calendar so I was wondering if specific parks always have EMH on certain days and if there is a pattern.

    Hello Caroline!

Thanks for bringing your great question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Extra Magic Hours provide Disney Resort hotel guests with the opportunity to gain an extra bit of time in the theme parks. Currently, Disney's Animal Kingdom has Extra Magic Hours on Monday and Saturday mornings, Epcot has evening Extra Magic Hours on Tuesday and morning Extra Magic Hours on Thursday, Magic Kingdom's Extra Magic Hours are Wednesday evenings and Friday mornings, and Disney's Hollywood Studios have early Extra Magic Hours on Sunday.  These days are always subject to change, and I strongly encourage you to watch the Walt Disney World calendar for updates to the days and times.

An example of this is the upcoming extra, Extra Magic Hours being offered in September and October of 2019. During this time there are many more opportunities to enjoy extra time in the parks. I assume that this is due to the highly anticipated opening of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. With your trip occurring in November you will have the opportunity to visit this new land within Disney's Hollywood Studios.  May the force be with you!

    See ya real soon,
    Anne
