Lovely princess from TN Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We are planning to book a cruise to Bahamas. What are the visa requirements?

Welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad that sailed to us with your question, Lovely Princess.

For round trip sailings from the United States to the Bahamas, US Citizens, including children, will need to provide an original valid US passport, original valid US passport card, or original valid Trusted Traveler Card.  An original state-issued birth certificate is also acceptable to sail for US Citizens. Guests aged 16 years and older must present a physical government-issued photo ID along with his or her original birth certificate. Digital/mobile state-issued IDs are not acceptable to sail.

US Citizens do not need a visa to visit the Bahamas for up to 90 days. If you have citizenship in another country, feel free to write back me here at planDisney so I can provide you with a different answer or you can conduct an internet search. It is each Guest's responsibility to obtain the necessary visas to cruise on Disney Cruise Line.

If you have any other planning questions, planDisney is here to help.

    Happy Planning!
