    Hello! We are planning to book through Costco and stay at the Disney Port Orleans Riverside in October 2023 . Are we able to take advantage of early entry for free and are the river boats operating? Thank you!

    Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside is a great place to call home during your visit. It's like stepping back to a simpler time where life moves a bit more slowly. I have some great news, Mary - Guests at Port Orleans and all other Disney Resort Hotels are eligible to take advantage of Early Theme Park Entry, giving you extra time at the beginning of the day to get a jump start on experiencing the magic!

    You'll also be happy to know that water transportation along the Sassagoula River is available between Port Orleans, Disney Springs, and Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa. Routes and schedules do vary and are subject to weather, but if it's available, this is a great option to see a different side of the resorts. If you're interested in a different destination, you'll want to utilize complimentary bus transportation or, for an additional fee, Disney's Minnie Van Service. You can always speak to a Cast Member at the front desk of your resort for details, or use the My Disney Experience Mobile App to help you get to your next destination!
