Hi! We are planning on going to Blizzard Beach and I would be taking my 1 & 4 yr old kids. What is the rule on diapers? Are they allowed at the park? She wont be going down the slides but would like to know if would be allowed in the lazy river, beach?

    Hi Maria!

We have been visiting the Walt Disney World water parks since my kiddos were babies (and even before!).  Swim diapers are required for any child that is not potty trained and they are most certainly allowed on any slide, pool or attraction that does not have a height requirement, including Cross Country Creek.  Huggies brand diapers carry a cute line of disposable swim diapers with adorable Disney characters on them.  We also use Pampers.  If you are cloth diapering, you will need to use a plastic diaper cover.  If you forget to bring swim diapers or you run out, you can purchase them in the gift shop at Blizzard Beach.

Tike's Peak at Blizzard Beach is the perfect area for your little ones to splash around.  It is dedicated to toddlers and has a maximum height requirement, so you won't find any bigger kids running around.  There is a sandy play area, a shallow wading pool and several slides including three racers slides that you can go down with your littlest one in your lap.  All kids meals purchased at Blizzard Beach come with a sand bucket and shovel, so no need to bring your own.

    Ready to hit the slopes?

    Have a magical day!
